Chandler Ultimate Pickup (and Tempe)
Join the vibrant ultimate community in San Carlos for the Chandler Ultimate Pickup games. Our events cater to beginner and intermediate level players, focusing on a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Games are scheduled for Saturday mornings around 7 or 8am and Wednesday evenings at approximately 7pm. To stay updated on times and locations, be sure to check our Facebook group.
Our playstyle is accommodating for those new to ultimate. We encourage non-handlers to try handling and emphasize a no-contact approach to minimize injuries. Traditional stack formations and forces are not a requirement in our games.
When joining us, please refrain from wearing red, orange, pink, or maroon shirts to avoid confusion with the red jerseys in use. While cleats are recommended for better traction, they are not mandatory. What's essential is bringing a positive attitude to the field!
Stay connected with our community through our WhatsApp thread for the latest field updates. Feel free to request to be added after your first game. For any inquiries, you're welcome to reach out via email.
Note that our group operates on donations, and your support is appreciated.
