Donnelly Frisbee - Mixed Pickup
Join a vibrant community of Ultimate Frisbee enthusiasts in Cambridge, where some of us have been playing this exhilarating game for over 25 years! Our regular games have taken place on this field for two decades, and we're looking to welcome new players to fill the gaps left by recent graduations.
At our pickup games, we play hard while adhering to the official rules, including stall counts and sidelines. However, we prioritize safety and fun above all else—collisions and excessive barking are strongly discouraged. Our community thrives on camaraderie, and we cheer each other on for those heroic grabs!
All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned players. Our group includes a diverse range of ages, with regulars in their early 20s to those in their early 50s. We play in any non-dangerous weather conditions and continue through the winter as long as we have enough players—typically defined as a minimum of 3 vs 3.
We usually gather on Sundays at 1:30 PM, but our schedule can vary. We maintain a Google doc for signups, which allows for the possibility of Saturday or holiday Monday games. If you're interested in joining our mailing list for updates, feel free to send us an email!
