Macedonia/NEO Ultimate Weekly
Join us for an exciting evening of Ultimate Frisbee in Macedonia, Ohio! Our weekly pickup games attract a diverse mix of skill levels, ranging from near-beginners to experienced club and AUDL players. Most participants are league-level players who understand the fundamentals of the game, including concepts like forcing, vertical and horizontal stacks, and accurate forehand throws.
Our style of play often resembles a classic "amoeba" offense, where players move freely and creatively without strict direction. However, you can also expect some structured plays and occasional zone defenses as teams adapt to the game flow.
Game Format
- Typically, we play with two teams of 6-7 players.
- We also enjoy three-team King of the Hill on one field with teams of 7.
- Depending on turnout, we may have two games with four teams of 6-7 players each.
Attendance varies, but we usually see around 20-30 players during the summer months. Rain or shine, we are committed to playing and rarely cancel. If turnout is low, we adapt by playing 2v2 or mini-games to keep the fun going!
We welcome anyone who wants to come and play with us! For more information, feel free to visit our website.
