Silicon Throwabout - Mixed Pickup
Join the Silicon Throwabout for a spirited game of Ultimate Frisbee in Bethnal Green, United Kingdom. This mixed pickup event caters to a diverse range of players, from seasoned ex-club athletes to those just starting out. Don't worry about the score; the focus is on participation and enjoyment.
While we aim to start on time, the game often kicks off a little later, so hang tight! Attendance might seem low on the meetup page, but rest assured, the game is on unless officially cancelled. Remember to bring a light and a dark top to facilitate team formation.
Post-game, we continue the fun at a local pub garden, where everyone is welcome. During winter months, we take the game indoors on Thursday evenings at a nearby sports centre. A fee of £5 is required for indoor play to cover the hall rental. Check the meetup for the latest details and to sign up.
Whether you're looking to hone your skills or just have a friendly toss, Silicon Throwabout is the place to be. We play on both Grass and Indoor fields, ensuring the game goes on no matter the season.
