Sugarhouse Wednesdays
Join us for an exciting evening of Ultimate Frisbee at Sugarhouse Park! We typically gather enough players for two to three games, featuring a mix of intermediate and higher skill level players, while also welcoming beginners to join in on the fun.
Our games are played with relaxed rules—dropped pulls do not result in a turnover, and we encourage players to minimize foul and pick calls. The focus is on enjoyment rather than competition, as we do not keep score. Players give their best effort, but the camaraderie and spirit of the game take precedence over winning or losing.
Location
We play just east of the Sego Lily Pavilion at Sugarhouse Park. Please use the Sego Lily Pavilion parking lot for convenient access. Note that during the spring and fall, there may be occasions when a high school lacrosse team occupies our field. In such cases, we will relocate to Big Cottonwood Regional Park in Millcreek for those weeks. For the latest updates, be sure to check our Facebook group.
Important Information
- Skill Level: Intermediate with some higher skill level players; beginners welcome.
- Footwear: 95% of players wear cleats; barefoot is not recommended.
- Field Type: Grass.
