Ultimate Coalition of Palo Alto (UCoPA) - Greer Goaltimate
Covid-19 Update: As of June 6, 2023, no shots are required, masks are mandatory. Optional shots, masks, and boosters are encouraged. Subbing every 90 seconds is recommended. Games commence around 12:45 PM during the summer.
The Ultimate Coalition of Palo Alto (UCoPA), founded in 1983, boasts the longest-running year-round disc pick-up game in the USA. Transitioning from Ultimate, the group now focuses on half court and occasionally full court Goaltimate, welcoming players of all skill levels for a unique disc experience.
UCoPA adheres to the USAG rule set, the same rules used for the annual Goaltimate Nationals in Austin, Texas. For rule clarifications, the head of the USAG rules committee is available for assistance.
For a quick overview of the most important rules, visit the USA Goaltimate YouTube channel or check out the current rule set on their official website.
During the summer of 2023, Greer Park serves as the home field on field #1, located off Amarillo. Field closures will be announced as needed.
In case of rain, the event moves to Mayfield Soccer Complex at the corner of El Camino Real and Page Mill in Palo Alto.
See you on the field of honor,
