Ultimate Frisbee Pickup Game in Vorob'yovo
Join the local Ultimate Frisbee community in Vorob'yovo for a casual pickup game every Sunday at 3pm. This event caters to players of all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned players. The atmosphere is laid-back, and participants are encouraged to bring along a refreshing beer to enjoy post-game.
Depending on attendance, there may be multiple games running simultaneously. Beginners have the opportunity to partake in occasional drills designed to enhance their understanding and enjoyment of the game. While this is not an official team event, it's a great way to engage with the sport and meet fellow enthusiasts.
Games are played on grass fields and continue throughout the year, moving indoors during the winter season to ensure the fun never stops, even when it snows. The primary languages spoken at this event are English and Russian, making it accessible to a diverse group of players.
Note: The event is currently on hold and will resume once local lockdown restrictions are lifted.
